Very down to earth questions and answers about finding peace through meditation with references to one of the great teachers of our time, his holiness Shantinand Saraswati who remains too little known. About the Author
Peter Preston is presently Senior Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and has taught at the National University of Singapore, and the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He has held numerous research fellowships, most recently a Canon Research Fellowship at the Institute of Comparative Culture, Sophia University, Japan.

Janesh Vaidya, an internationally wellknown ayurveda practitioner, lecturer and columnist based in Kerala, south India, has travelled around the world for more than a decade sharing his knowledge and experience in his work and life. I've read a lot of books on the tarot, but this one stands out because of it's exercises and straightforward card descriptions.
